While the villas are modern they sit on a beautiful historic property that was once home to a fingerlakes winery- Cascata Winery. The main house on the property was built in 1850. The villas sit alongside a small vineyard with a view and an outdoor private lounge space that makes you feel right at home in wine country.

❋ Small Space, Big Comfort

Villa Lotus is a 500 square foot home with ceilings that go up o 11 ft tall. The space may technically be small, but the feel is big and comfortable. A 6 foot shower with rainfall showerhead, japanese joinery bed, a buttery leather sofabed, and plush linens are just a few of the comforts.

Cascade Villas sit on three acres of private space in Watkins Glen. While the space is quiet and serene- it is just minutes away from downtown Watkins Glen, tons of wineries, Watkins Glen International Racetrack, Watkins Glen State Park, and much more.

Villa Lotus is intentionally placed alongside our small vineyard with 6×6 windows giving a beautiful view from the bedroom and living room. The vineyard was planted over 25 years ago by Cascata Winery when they operated the property.
