Scout Vineyards
A family owned and operated farm winery located on the western shore of Seneca Lake. Scout Vineyards was established in 2017 by the Budmen and Todd families. In 2018 they purchased a 16-acre organic farm. Today the land is farmed organically as we prepare the land for a vineyard in the future. Our focus is on Chardonnay, a varietal we find to complement a wide diversity of cuisine and to be most reflective of the place it is grown.
Forge Cellars
Specializing in Bone-Dry Riesling,
Cool Climate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Franc from Seneca Lake
The goal is for their wines to reflect the place that they come from, because this is where the pleasure is. When you smell a wine, you should be transported to its origins and see the landscape. It should relate to good memories, and provide a strong feeling of identity. This is why we they to listen, be soft and transparent in our winemaking.
Hillick & Hobbs
The pursuit to craft world-class Riesling has brought Paul Hobbs back to New York to create site-specific estate wines from the Finger Lakes region. Dedicated entirely to Riesling, the vines are planted to high density and grown on steep slopes in predominately hard slate soils, making machine work nearly impossible.

Sam’s Lavender
Since 2017, we’ve been growing lavender, learning as we go, and steadily expanding our fields. What started as a small experiment has turned into over a thousand plants and more than a dozen varieties—and we’re still at it. We make things we use ourselves—lavender sugars for baking, sprigs for cocktails, chemical-free cleaners, calming mists, and more. Everything starts with what we grow, and the care we put into it shows in every product.
